Endlich wurde Licht auf eine finstere Affäre im Schulsport des
Schlaun geworfen! Aufklärung tat schon lange not! Sie wird in
einem Artikel geleistet, der den Titel trägt;"Der Spaß am Rudern
und andere Erfahrungen", Fortsetzungen sind geplant, Geld und
Zeit werden geopfert, die große Aufgabe erfordert es.
Der Verfasser jenes Artikels - erschienen im «Periskop , Nr.32,
April 78 - versichert in einer Art Vorbemerkung "zum literarischen
Genre" des Textes, sich "bei der Darstellung also nur an Tat
sachen" zu halten, "jede sachliche Übertreibung" (!) zu vermeiden,
doziert, "eventuell auftretende Ironie (sei) rein stilistischer
Natur und (habe) auf die Wahrheit der Tatsachen keinen Einfluß."
Hat jener Verfasser in 12.1 etwa das Rhetorik-Kapitelchen nicht
verstanden? Natürlich hat er, die Methode seines Vorgehens
b e w e i s t d a s . D e r Te x t d e s A r t i k e l s s t e l l t s i c h d a r a l s e i n e
Mischung aus "Zitaten" - der Verfasser muß wohl in beiden
Verhandlungen vor dem Landgericht mitstenographiert haben -,
entstellenden Wiedergaben, Erfindungen, ja, sogar Tatsachen
tauchen auf. Bei solchem Befund wundert es nicht, d^ dann am
Ende des Artikels - nach einigen Unterstellungen- die Stunde
der Moral schlägt, Appelle machen den Schluß. Papier von Schuler-
zeitun^ndarf besonders geduldig sein, der Kultusminister hat
es diesen Publikationsorganen ausdrücklich zugestanden, die
geistige Verfassung von Schülern wurde mit einkalkuliert, sie

Der Artikel erschien im April dieses Jahres, bezieht sich auf
Vorgänge im Juni 1976, über die am 21. Dezember 1977 das Urteil
erging. Aus dem Urteil, verkündet am 21. 12. 1977:
"Bei dem Bootsunfall am 1. Juni 1976
ist das Ruderboot des
Klägers, die "Nautilus Elbing?,beschädigt worden. Die Beklagten
h a b e n d i e s e n U n f a l l u n d d a m i t E i g e n t u n s v e r l e t z u n g d e s .
Klägers (RVM).-verursacht, indem sie in der Kanalkurve ohne
Rückschau einen Spurt trainierten und so mit einem vorfahrt
berechtigten Binnenschiff zusammenstießen. Dabei haben die
Beklagten auch widerrechtlich und fahrlässig gehandelt. Die
fahrlässige Handlungsweise liegt darin begründet, daß die
Beklagten in der Kanalkufve, also an einer unübersichtlichen
Stelle, einen Spurt gefahren haben, wobei noch > daß
sie allesamt mit dem Rücken zur Fahrtrichtung saßen und
ihnen
daher keine ausreichende Sichtmöglichkeit auf etwaige Hindernisse
gegeben war. Bei Beachtung der in der gegebenen Situation
gebotenen Sorgfalt (§ 276 BGB) hätten die Beklagten in dieser
K a n a l k u r v e e r s t a a r n i c h t e i n e n S p u r t r u d e r n d ü r f e n , n i c h t
zuletzt deshalb, durch die Spurtfabrt ihre Manövrierfähig
keit eingeschränkt wurde. Des weiteren hätte eine spurtfabrt
davon abhängig gemacht werden müssen, daß entweder durch einen
im Boot sitzenden Steuermann oder einen anderen Dritten eine
»tändige Sichtmöglichkeit
in Fahrtrichtung bestanden hätte.
Nur so wäre gewährleistet gewesen, daß man bei einem Spurt recht
zeitig auf etwaige Hindernisse hätte reagieren und ihnen aus
weichen können..Da solche Sichtmöglichkeit micht gegeben war,
hätten die Beklagten bei sorgfältigem Verhalten keinen Spurt
rudern dürfen, schon gar nicht in der Kanalkurve.
Trotz ihrer damaligen Minderjährigkeit besaßen die Beklagten
auch die Einsichtsfähigkeit, nach der sie die Gefährlichkeit
ihres Verhaltens hätten erkennen können müssen. Die Beweis
aufnahme bat ergeben,(daßi die Beklagten im Rahmen des Schul-
ruderkursuses mindestens 5 Mal gerudert und daß sie darüber

�hinaus Rudertraining gehabt haben. Während der schulischen
Ruderkurse sind sie dabei darauf hingewiesen worden, daß die
gewerbliche Binnenschiffahrt absolut vorfahrtsberechtigt
ist
und d^ß für eine genügende "Vorschau" gesorgt werden muß.
Angesichts dieser Vorkenntnisse konnte von den 16—jährigen
Beklagten daher erwartet werden, daß sie die oben dargelegte
Gefährlichkeit in ihrer Handlungsweise voraussehen und-da'ß sie
entsprechend solcher Einsicht diesen Spurt in der Kanalkunre
unterließen. Da sie das nicht taten, und sie auch nicht sonstige
ihre Einsichtsfähigkeit beeinträchtigten Umstände behauptet,
geschweige denn bewiesen haben (§ 828 Abs. 2 BGB) haben die

Der "freundliche" Artikel von Ingo Schräder in der Schülerzeit
schrift "Periskop" vom 4. 4. 1978 enthält viele Wahrheiten.
So z. B. ist es wahr, daß Rudern Spaß macht. Aber auch der Satz

Natur und hat auf die Wahrheit der Tatsachen keinen Einfluß,
wenn diese auch dem Leser grotesk erscheinen mögen" ist -bezo
gen auf den Artikel von Ingo Schräder - wahr.
Neue Wahrheiten lassen^ sich m. E. ^ber besser kurz und knapp,

1. Seit 1962 hat das Schlaungymnasium (bzw. die Stadt Münster)
einen Vertrag mit dem Ruderverein Münster bezüglich einer
Schülerruderriege. Hierin sind die Schülerruderer ausdrücklich
a l s Ve r e i n s m i t g l i e d e r a u f g e f ü h r t .
2. Durch diesen Vertrag haben Schülerruderer wie Vereinsmitglieder
gleiche Rechte und Pflichten, also auch zur Beitragszahlung
n a c h B e s c h l u ß d e r J a h r e s h a u p t v e r s a m m l u n g .
3 . S e i t 1 9 7 5 s c h o n b e l ä u f t s i c h d e r J a h r e s b e i t r a g a u f D M 1 0 0 , -
f ü r S c h ü l e r u n d J u g e n d l i c h e ( E i n z e l p e r s o n e n ) .
4. Um Kosten gerade von den Eltern der Schüler abzuwenden, wurde
1976 auf einer gemeinsamen Sitzung zwischen Verein und sämtlichen
angegliederten Schulen vereinbart, diesen Beitrag bei
DM 50,- zu belassen, wenn die Schulen mit ihren Schülern nur zu
den angesetzten Schulruderstunden (Aufsichtspflicht!) rudern
im Sinne einer Kostendämpfung (Verschleiß etc.) auch fur
d e n
V e r e i n .
5. Nach den Schwierigkeiten besonders in dem beschriebenen Fall
ist dieser Beschluß zum 1. 1. 197B auf Wunsch der Schule
aufgehoben worden, so daß von diesem Zeipunkt an jeder neu
hinzukommende Schülerruderer DM 100,- zu bezahlen hat.
Für die auslaufenden Klassen der Oberstufe wurde eine Über

Ich möchte hier einmal einen Verstärker vorstellen,der in der La^re

nicht an diese Schaltung wagen, man sollte schon et'ASS bescheid

stufe T 3 steuert.Die Darlingtonleistungsstufen T8/T 10 und t 7/T g
werden von T3 angesteuert.Mit T 2 wird die Ruhestromeinstellung
realisiert.Die Schaltung mit T 4 ist etwas Tingewöhnlich,sie sorgt
für eine hohe Ausgangsimpedanz am Kollektor von T 3,daraus ergibt
sich eine höhere Verstärkung.R 20/D l/T 6 bzw. Rll/D 2/T 5 schützen
die Endstufff vor ÜberbelastTing,Übersteuerung und Kurzschluß am Aus-
